ANTHONY W. "TONY" CHIPONIS, Sr. Age 95, of West Mifflin, on June 22, 2016. He was retired from South Hills Health System, Jefferson Regional Medical Center as a maintenance person. He was the former owner of the Town House Bar in Duquesne. He enjoyed polka music and going to flea markets. He was a member of the Lithuanian Social Club in Jefferson Hills. He was the husband of the late Helen (Gust) Chiponis; father of the late Michael Anthony "Cookie" (surviving spouse, Maggie) Chiponis of West Mifflin and the late Anthony W. "Chipper" (surviving spouse, Dorothy "Janie") Chiponis of West Mifflin; survived by his caregiver and granddaughter, Chris (Jack Hruska) Chiponis and her daughter, Brooke Panfil; also grandchildren, Eric Chiponis, Jennifer (Eric) Glaser, Tracy (Jim) Weir, Nicole (Todd) Schrader; also ten great- grandchildren; and his companion, Florence Edwards of Pitcairn. There will be no visitation. Private family graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 29, 2016, at 11 a.m. at Monongahela Cemetery, Monongahela, PA.
