Donald H. Hamilton

DONALD H. HAMILTON age 88, of Duquesne, on March 19, 2017, at his residence. He was the son of the late Harold and Mary Catherine (McCartney) Hamilton; he was retired from Bucyrus-Erie Foundry in Glassport. He proudly served his country in the Army during WWII. He was a member of St. Joseph's Church, Duquesne. He was the beloved husband of 62 years to the late Mary Lou (Ray) Hamilton; father of Patricia Leatherwood, Donald A. Hamilton, Gloria J. Hamilton, Mary K. Carman, Doris J. Hamilton and Jacqueline Mehrmann, all of Duquesne; also 24 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Visitation Wednesday, March 22, 2017, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the MALOY - SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, 915 Kennedy Ave., Duquesne, 412-466-3300, where a Blessing Service will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. Reverend James Seeger, officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Mifflin, with Military Honors.
