Patricia A. Kosko, 70, of North Huntingdon, died Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018, at home. She was born Dec. 18, 1947, in McKeesport to the late Daniel and Esther "Grace" (Moritz) Pollak. She was a domestic engineer and a member of St. Agnes Church, North Huntingdon. She enjoyed needlepoint, making greeting cards, quilting, and was an avid reader and moviegoer. She was the beloved wife of 49 years to Regis L. Kosko; mother of Frank (Angela) Kosko, of Virginia, Jeffrey (Heather Yilmaz) Kosko, of Monroeville, and Grace (Brian Edwardo) Kosko, of Penn Hills; grandmother of Nathan Kosko, Kassandra (Tyler) Cain and Brianna Kosko; great-grandmother of Savannah Cain and Chandler Cain; and sister of Daniel Pollak, of West Mifflin.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2018, at JAMES W. SHIRLEY FUNERAL HOME, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2018, at St. Agnes Church with Monsignor Paul Fitzmaurice officiating. A private family burial will immediately follow at St. Hedwig Cemetery, West Mifflin. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association .
