I first met Sheryn online in Silk & Steele in 1994, met her when we had a meetup in Finnegans Wake in Pittsburgh and I flew in from Scotland just to meet her. Spoke for years and considered her one of my closest friends. When I moved to Greensburg in 1999 we spent a lot of time together and I adored her amazing friendship. I only found out about her passing today, as we lost touch in 2014 when I moved house back in Scotland. I have thousands of hours of emails, game footage and memories of my beautiful friend and I consider my life enriched by her love, wisdom and humour. She is sorely missed and tonight we light a bonfire in Glasgow, Scotland to remember her.

Friends and family We the crew of the USS Bunker Hill CG-52 send our condolences. We just received Sheryn's letter she sent us through the Soldiers angel program. We just want to let you guys know we appreciate the time she took just to write us a simple letter. Thank you. May God Bless you.

My husband introduced us in World of Warcraft and I instantly enjoyed her company whenever I could interact with her online. Her sudden departure has affected us much deeper than we anticipated. She was a great lady and I'm saddened to not have had the chance to get to know her better. My thoughts are with her loved ones in this time of grieving. Peace be with you all.

Sheryn(Gen) We met on World of Warcraft and I knew instantly we would be friends. You was so warm and welcoming to those that crossed your path. We enjoyed all our fun time together running around Azeroth and raiding.
One of our plans was to meet in person since we lived 3 hours away to have a wing night together, to have fun and know each other more.
I hope you are carefree, my Gentleheart. You will always be remembered by Josh and I(Mythhunt and Lilly) RIP my dear friend.
