Stephen A. Sabo

STEPHEN A. SABO Age 97, of West Mifflin, on November 17, 2016, at home. He was a son of the late Stephen and Mary (Dori) Sabo. He was retired from US Steel Duquesne Works with 48 years service in the Metallurgical Department. He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, in White Oak and a former member of St. John of the Cross Lutheran Church in Dravosburg where he was on church council and an usher. He enjoyed hunting, archery, golfing, and he was also interested in ceramics along with his wife. Beloved husband of 76 years to Elizabeth M. (Lloyd) Sabo; father of the late Gene Stephen Sabo; brother of Charlotte (John) Rezes of West Mifflin; brother of the late Elizabeth Sabo, late Ethel (late Walter) Sweitlik, late Joseph (late Doris) Sabo, late William (late Margaret) Sabo; also survived by nieces and nephews. Visitation on Sunday, November 20, 2016, from 12-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the MALOY - SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, 915 Kennedy Ave., Duquesne, 412-466-3300 where funeral services will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. by Pastor Michael Ryan. Burial will be in Jefferson Memorial Park.
