Virginia L. Burns, 79, of Whitehall, died Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015, in Whitehall. Born in Oklahoma City, Okla., she was a daughter of the late Chester Parker and Doris (Lester) Burns. She was a retired salesperson for Mary Kay Cosmetics. She attended Winchester Thurston School. She had her doctorate degree. She is survived by her daughter, Virginia Elizabeth Burns, of Whitehall.
Visitation will be held from noon to 3 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, 2015, at Baldwin Community United Methodist Church, 5001 Baptist Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236, with the Rev. Bradley Neel officiating.
