Mary L. Newmeyer

Mary L. Newmeyer age 92, of Duquesne, on June 10, 2017. She was a daughter of the late Felix and Antoinette (Campaigna) Pellasce. She was a member of Christ the Light of the World Parish in Duquesne, a member of the choir and worked bake sales at church dinners. Beloved wife of the late Raymond W. Newmeyer; mother of Debbie Walters of Duquesne; grandmother of Brian (Amy) Walters, James (Kymberly) Walters, Jeffrey (Brandon Coleman) Walters, Lindsay Walters and Auriel Vesic; great-grandmother of Joby Nickel-Pierson and Lilith Walters; also survived by nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday, June 15, 2017, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the MALOY - SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, 915 Kennedy Ave., Duquesne, 412-466-3300, where a Blessing Service will be held on Friday, June 16, 2017, at 9:30 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Name Church of Christ the Light of the World Parish at 10 a.m. Rev. Thomas Lewandowski, officiating. Burial will be in Holy Name Cemetery, West Mifflin.
