Angela M. Lang, of Penn Hills, Sunrise April 3, 1956-Sunset May 3, 2022. Angela was born in Washington, DC and was the daughter of the late Theodore and Rosamae (Howard) Hicks. She was a retired social worker for a Christian Home on the North Side of Pittsburgh. She is survived by her children, Arkala “Marquese” (Jerri) Gilmore of West Mifflin, Charlena (Carl) Taylor of Charlotte, NC, and Keesha Gilmore of Swissvale; grandchildren, Shaquir, Kiara, Keyshawn, Gianna, Simon, Shyheim, Tylynn, Sher, Shyree, Raja, and De’Jwon; siblings, Kevin Hicks of Washington, DC, Karen Capers of Hempstead, NY, Esther (Donnell) Mitchell of Daytona, FL, Tracy (Richard) Gaines of NJ, Michael Thomas of NY and late Michael Hicks. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2022, from 10:00-Noon, at the MALOY-SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 915 KENNEDY AVE., DUQUESNE, 15110, 412-466-3300, WILLIAM B. SCHLEIFER, SUPERVISOR, WILLIAM BRIAN SCHLEIFER, FUNERAL DIRECTOR, where a Funeral Service will be held at Noon, with the Rev. Eric L. Ewell, officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, O’Hara Twp.
