Anna Susan Durik, age 98, formerly of Duquesne, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Forbes Hospital. Anna was born on May 20, 1923, in McKeesport, to the late Andrew and Mary (Chernak) Durik. Anna graduated from Duquesne High School and Duff’s Business School. She retired from U.S. Steel-Duquesne Work as a supervisor in tabulating. She was a devout Christian and member of St. John Mark Lutheran Church in Homestead. She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters, Andrew P. (late Mary) Durik, John Durik, Olga (Albert) Gould, and Irene Durik and her great nephew, Dillon Clutter. Anna is survived by niece, Mary Jane (Larry) Zadonick, nephew, Jay Gould, niece, Gloria (Eugene) Tutera and niece, Lois (Glenn) Clutter; great nephews, Aaron Zadonick, Michael (Janelle) Tutera, Ryan (Carey) Tutera and Marshall Clutter; and great-great nephews, John and David Tutera. There is no visitation. Services will be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at 12:00 Noon, at the McKeesport-Versailles Cemetery, with Boniface officiating.
