Calvin Edward Davis

Calvin Edward Davis, age 37, of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away on Friday, February 7, 2025, at home. Born October 19, 1987, he is the son of Kenneth Peer and Amy Jo (Davis) Peer. He was a channel lock factory worker in Meadville, PA. Calvin loved his city, the Steelers and Pirates, but was also a very loud Ohio state fan. He was passionate about nature and the Discovery Channel. He was a fantastic cook, even at a young age, and excelled at golfing, baseball, and football. Calvin could turn anything into an adventure and was incredibly goofy when he was around the people he loved. He was, is, and always will be a fierce protector of his siblings, even when he was a little irrational. 

Besides his parents, he is survived by his children, Calvin Edward Davis Jr., Anastasia Davis, Charlette Davis, and Zia Powell; Fiance, Erica Luther of Espyville; brothers and sisters, Kenneth Peer, Victoria (Peer) Powell, Charlotte Peer, and Jayden Peer. He is also survived by his Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 10, 2025, from 4-8 p.m., at the MALOY-SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 915 KENNEDY AVE., DUQUESNE, 15110, 412-466-3300, WILLIAM B. SCHLEIFER, SUPERVISOR, WILLIAM BRIAN SCHLEIFER, FUNERAL DIRECTOR, where Services will be held at 7:30 p.m.
