Daniel S. Janosko Sr.

Daniel S. Janosko Sr., age 70, of West Mifflin, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at home. Born in McKeesport on September 10, 1955, he was the son of the late Steven and late Margaret (Fortune) Janosko. He was a retired x-ray technician from U.S. Steel. He enjoyed traveling to campgrounds with his family and camper. Dan also had a passion for cars, tow trucks and anything with an engine.

Dan is the husband of Karen (Forgacs) Janosko, together for 48 years; father of Daniel S. “D.J.” (fiancé Alexis Frena) Janosko Jr. of West Mifflin; brother of Robin (Robert) Gorscak of West Mifflin and Yvonne “Bonnie” Janosko of Duquesne; and lifelong friend Ruth Whiteman of Duquesne.

Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 2-8 p.m., at the MALOY-SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 915 KENNEDY AVE., DUQUESNE, 15110, 412-466-3300, WILLIAM B.
