Dolores A. Savage

Dolores A. Savage, age 95, of West Mifflin, passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021, at home. Daughter of the late Ben and Mary (Pasek) Pacacha, she was born on November 8, 1926, in Duquesne. Dolores was retired from the West Mifflin School District where she worked  in the high school cafeteria. She was a member of Holy Cross Parish-Holy Spirit Church and she enjoyed playing cards, baking, bingo, and rooting on the Penguins. She was the beloved wife of the late Theodore Savage; mother of Mary Ann Hartman of West Mifflin, Rose Savage of Dravosburg, Theodore (Beth) Savage of Dravosburg, and Theresa “Terri” Savage (spouse Elena Detoma) of West Mifflin; grandmother of Christine Hartman, Kim Hartman, Ben (Nicole) Savage, Meg Savage and Tim (Kersti) Savage; great grandmother of Nolan Savage, Josie Savage and Emily Porter; sister of Carl (Joan) Pacacha of Michigan, Edward (late Vern) Pacacha of Munhall and predeceased by Irene Pacacha, Josephine Debiak, Regina Sudzina, Patricia Kampert, Walter Pacacha, Steve Pacacha, Sylvester Pacacha, Norbert Pacacha and Frank Pacacha; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 4-8 p.m. at the MALOY-SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 915 KENNEDY AVE., DUQUESNE, 15110, 412-466-3300, WILLIAM B. SCHLEIFER, SUPERVISOR, WILLIAM BRIAN SCHLEIFER, FUNERAL DIRECTOR. Parting Prayers will be held at the funeral home on Friday, December 3, 2021, at 9:15 a.m., followed by Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Spirit Church, West Mifflin, at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Hedwig Cemetery, West Mifflin.
