Dorothy Mae Pavloff, age 95, of West Mifflin, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2025, at the home of her daughter. Born in Duquesne on November 8, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Eicholtz and the late Kathryn (Wohl) Eicholtz Renner. She was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, Duquesne. She loved to bake wedding cakes and crochet.
Dorothy was the beloved wife of the late John Pavloff. She is the mother of John A. (Patti) Pavloff of Stephens City, VA, David M. (Carol) Pavloff of Erie, PA and Maryellen (Tom) Dripps of West Mifflin; grandmother of Laurel (Sean) Kuhn, Lindsey Tuscan, Lacey (Jason) Jakub, Jessica (Kenny) French, Ashley (Andy) Bell, Deborah Salorino and Joseph Salorino; great grandmother of Killian Poston, Brayden Salorino, Annalee Kuhn, Lucas French, Zachary Kuhn, Aiden Salorino, Evangeline Jakub, Charlotte Jakub, and Joey Salorino; sister of Kassie (late Allan) Madzy of Little Washington, Charles (Cindy) Eicholtz of Dalton, GA, late Arthur (late Ann Mae) Eicholtz, late Ellen (late Joseph) Piano, and late Shirley (late Howard) Livzey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 2-8 p.m. at the MALOY-SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 915 KENNEDY AVE., DUQUESNE, 15110, 412-466-3300, WILLIAM B. SCHLEIFER, SUPERVISOR, WILLIAM BRIAN SCHLEIFER, FUNERAL DIRECTOR. Parting Prayers will take place at the Funeral Home on Friday, February 28, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., followed by Liturgy of Christian Burial, at 10:00 a.m., in Sts. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, with Rev. Christian Kappes officiating. Burial, next to her husband John Pavloff, will follow at Sts. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Cemetery, West Mifflin.
