Joanne B. Paule

Joanne B. Paule age 87, of West Mifflin, passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2024, at Arden Courts-Jefferson Hills. Born in Duquesne on October 18, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Beatrice (Finnin) Steele.

She was a hostess at the former Paule’s Lookout restaurant, a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Parish, former Christ the Light of the World Parish-Holy Name Church.  She loved to cook and bake.

Joanne is the beloved wife to John “Jake” Paule for 64 years; mother of Renee (Bruce) Chase of Durham, NC, John David (Jackie) Paule of Mars, PA, and Jill Paule of Chesapeake, VA; grandmother of Maddison, Coleman, Jake, Emily, Connor and Tucker; sister of Marianne (Earl) Zimmerle of Pensicola, FL, late Beverly (late Don) Ishol, late Thomas (wife Darlene survives) Steele of Ohio.
