John W. “Jack” Canavan, age 70, of West Mifflin, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2022. Born in Braddock on September 13, 1952, he was the son of the late John “Hoppy” and Alice (Ambrose) Canavan. He was a retired line cook at Paule’s Lookout restaurant, was a huge Elvis fan and enjoyed drawing sketch art. Jack is the brother of his twin sister Jill (late Jeff) Paule of West Mifflin and the late Pat (wife Christine survives) Canavan of West Mifflin; and uncle of P.J. and Melanie, Jeff and Marissa Paule, Marc and Theresa Paule, late Ricky (his wife Wendy survives) Paule. There is no visitation. Private burial will take place at Holy Name Cemetery, West Mifflin.
