Kathryn A. Matta

Kathryn A. Matta, age 75, of Munhall, passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2026, in Kane Community Living Center McKeesport. Born in Homestead, PA on September 27, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Frank W. and Betty (McKay) Bell. She was retired from UPMC Shadyside as an EKG Technician, was member of St. Thomas the Apostle Parish-St. Rita Church and enjoyed being with her family.

Kathyrn is the loving wife of Joseph C. Matta for 56 years; mother of Frank J. Matta of West Mifflin and Douglas J. (Jackie) Matta of Whitaker; grandmother of Mackenzie A. (Patrick) Lynch, Caroline Matta, Joseph L. Matta and Devin Connor; and sister of Betty Lynn Patterson (Robert Kovach) and the late Leonard Marino.
