Keith L. McDowell

Keith L. McDowell, age 67, of Homestead, passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, in Riverside Nursing Center. Born in McKeesport on March 16, 1958, he was the son of the late James R. and Patricia Jean (Lail) McDowell. He was a self employed electrician and had also been employed as an electrician at UPMC Braddock and UPMC Passavant. He liked fishing and all sports, especially football-the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Tennessee Volunteers. He was a member of Anne Ashley Community Church.

Keith is the former husband of Janice (Soltis) McDowell; father of Chad McDowell of West Mifflin and Matthew McDowell of West Mifflin; brother of Kent (late Maria) McDowell of Duquesne and Kreg McDowell of West Mifflin; and uncle of Seaton McDowell.

Memorial Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21, 2025, from 6-8 p.m. at the MALOY-SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 915 KENNEDY AVE., DUQUESNE, 15110, 412-466-3300, WILLIAM B. SCHLEIFER, SUPERVISOR, WILLIAM BRIAN SCHLEIFER, FUNERAL DIRECTOR, where services will be held at 7:30 p.m.
