Kenneth S. Floria, age 68, of McKeesport, passed away peacefully and unexpectedly, at home, on September 26, 2025. Born on July 16, 1957, in Homestead, he was the son of the late Manuel and Martha (Ferchak) Floria.
Kenneth grew up in Hazelwood and cared about animals, especially his dog, Trouble. After 27 years, he retired as a custodian for the West Mifflin School District and also worked as a security guard and later at the Northside Post Office. He enjoyed time with his twin brother, Keith, watching sports, playing corn hole and pool, and spending time at various local clubs.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Linda Sinclair. He is survived by siblings Carol Deak, Pamela Trbovich, Marlene Orbin, Valerie Grandillo, Keith Floria, Kimberly Floria and Maryann Floria, along with his former wife, Evelyn and many nieces and nephews who dearly loved their uncle.
Friends will be received on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 11a.m.-4 p.m., at the MALOY-SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 915 KENNEDY AVE., DUQUESNE, 15110, 412-466-3300, WILLIAM B. SCHLEIFER, SUPERVISOR, WILLIAM BRIAN SCHLEIFER AND ALLAN J. WEBER, FUNERAL DIRECTORS. Interment will be private. Dinner will follow at Luciano’s in Kenneth’s honor.
