Laurine A. Emert

Laurine A. Emert, age 66, of North Huntingdon formerly of Duquesne, passed away on June 18, 2019 at UPMC McKeesport.  Born in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Edward & Margaret (Stiefel) Emert.  She was a retired clerk stenographer for the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation, and she liked reading, was a lover of animals, an avid Pokemon player and was very generous to Veterans & animal causes. She is survived by cousins William Martz & Family of Penn Hills and good friends Judy Wagner & her family Tracy (Jim) Kovar, Breena Kovar & Bailey Kovar of North Huntingdon.  Friends received at the Maloy-Schleifer Funeral Home, 915 Kennedy Ave., Duquesne, 412-466-3300, on Thursday, June 20, from 6-8 p.m. with a funeral service at 7:30 p.m. at the Funeral Home with Rev. Thomas Lewandowski officiating.  Burial in Riverview Cemetery.
