Leonard J. “Leo” Oskin, age 74, of Duquesne, passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2024, in Excela Health, Greensburg. Born in McKeesport on November 3, 1949, he was the son of the late John and Alda (Lane) Oskin. He was a laundry machine operator for the Veterans Administration, attended Christ Lutheran Church, Duquesne, was an authority on all Duquesne Sports, especially football, and enjoyed photography. He is survived by his brother, Raymond (late Karen A.) Oskin of Duquesne; niece, Beth (Mark) Janusek of Bethel Park; great nieces and nephew, Katrina Janusek and twins Brandon Janusek and Megan Janusek; and cousins, Harvey (Carlene) Oskin of West Mifflin and Hayden “Buddy” Oskin of Duquesne.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 4, 2024, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., at the MALOY-SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 915 KENNEDY AVE., DUQUESNE, 15110, 412-466-3300, WILLIAM B. SCHLEIFER, SUPERVISOR, WILLIAM BRIAN SCHLEIFER, FUNERAL DIRECTOR, where a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor John Gropp, officiating. Burial will follow in Jefferson Memorial Park.
