Lisa Marie Midla

Lisa Marie Midla, age 53, of Cheswick, PA, formerly of West Mifflin, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2025, at home. Born in McKeesport on January 24, 1972, she is the daughter of John P. Midla of West Mifflin and the late Bridget A. (Pavlo) Midla.

Lisa earned a degree in Accounting at Mansfield University and worked as an accountant for American Refinery Group in Harmar Twp. She was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Parish-Holy Trinity Church, West Mifflin. She enjoyed playing cards and trying out new restaurants. Lisa had a great sense of humor and was always willing to volunteer when needed.

She is survived by her father, John, her sister Kathleen (Brian) O’Keefe of Perry, Florida and her nephew Brian O’Keefe of Proctorville, Ohio. She is also survived by aunts, uncles & cousins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the MALOY-SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 915 KENNEDY AVE., DUQUESNE, 15110, 412-466-3300, WILLIAM B. SCHLEIFER, SUPERVISOR, WILLIAM BRIAN SCHLEIFER AND ALLAN J. WEBER, FUNERAL DIRECTORS. A Blessing Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m., at Holy Trinity Church, with Rev. Michael Faix, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Mifflin.
