Lois M. Brosky

Lois M. Brosky, age 84, of Greensburg, formerly of West Mifflin, passed away on Friday, May 19, 2023, at the Greensburg Care Center. Born in Duquesne on December 27, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Francis “Dutch” and Martha (Hollen) Miller. She was a retired administrator at Mon Valley Hospital from 1983-2000, a 1956 graduate of Duquesne High School, a former member of Holy Name Church-Duquesne and she enjoyed traveling and watching TV. She is survived by her children, Jeannette (Edmund) Bridge of Ligonier, James Francis (Barbara) McLinden of Lawton, Oklahoma, Martin Michael McLinden of Butler and Daniel (Ramona) McLinden of Culpeper, Virginia; 7 grandchildren, Stephen (Stephanie) Bridge, Michael (Nicole) Bridge, James “Jimbo” McLinden III, Breanna McLinden, Anthony “Tony” McLinden, Regina McLinden, and Daniel Leo (Abbi) McLinden; and 6 great grandchildren. She is the sister of the late Larry (wife Janet survives) Miller of White Oak, late Roberta “Bobbie” (husband Barry survives) Whitmore of Florida and late Linda (late Donald “Spike”) Ramsey.
