NANCY TASCARELLA

NANCY TASCARELLA age 86, of West Mifflin, on July 10, 2020 at Grandview Estates in Elizabeth Twp. Born in Pittsburgh on December 29, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Ernst V. & Christina (Kress) Gehringer. She was a retired consolidating accountant for Ohio Barge Line, a member of St. Agnes Church of St. Thomas the Apostle Parish, a member of the Ladies of Charity, and enjoyed Arts and Crafts. She was the wife of the late Saverio “Sam” Tascarella; mother of Christine (Joe) Albarella of New Port Richey, FL, Mark John Tascarella of Charleston, SC, Marion Joy (Jeffrey) Saunders of West Mifflin, and Sam James Tascarella of Jefferson Hills; grandmother of Nicholas Benjamin (Katie) Saunders; sister of Fred Gehringer of Springhill, FL, Genevieve (Del) Lance of Richardson, TX and Cordelia (late Lawrence) McDaniel of Johnson City, TN. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 12 from Noon to 5:00 P.M. at the MALOY-SCHELIFER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 915 KENNEDY AVE., DUQUESNE, 412-466-3300, where a blessing service will be held at 9:30 A.M. on Monday, July 13, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. at St. Agnes Church, West Mifflin with the Rev. Mike Conway officiating. Interment will follow at Jefferson Memorial Park.
