Patrick M. "Mick" Mains Sr.

Patrick M. “Mick” Mains Sr. age 52, of White Oak, passed away on August 9, 2020, at home.  Born in McKeesport on May 28, 1968, he was the son of the late James and Patricia (Zuzo) Mains.  He did restoration work for Boyer-Pentek, graduated from Duquesne High School, where he played baseball, liked playing softball, canoeing & fishing, and being with family.  He was the husband of Cynthia “Cindy” (Boot) Mains for 31 years; father of Patrick M. Mains Jr., Anthony J. (Megan) Mains, Katelyn P. Mains, all at home, Morgan (Alexander) Martin of Clover, South Carolina and Jackson Mains of Elizabeth; brother of Judy (Daryl) Black of White Oak, Terry Mains Minnick Ball of New Florence, Robert “Fudd” (Sharon) Mains of McKeesport, James Mains of McKeesport, David Mains of McKeesport and Michael Horchata of Rural Valley.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 from 2-7 P.M. at the MALOY-SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 915 KENNEDY AVE., DUQUESNE,  412-466-3300, followed by a funeral service at 7:00 p.m. with Samuel McCullough officiating. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, visitation will be limited to 25 people in the funeral home at one time and masks must be worn.
