Richard N. “Rick” Manns, 83, of West Mifflin, passed away on September 3, 2021. Son of the late Lawrence & Anna Surgent Manns, husband of Sharyn Conley Kelley Manns for 53 years, he leaves behind daughters, Kristyn Hunter & Courtney Moncavage, son, Michael David Manns & his partner John Ladner, grandsons, Justin Hunter, Zachary (Lauren) Hunter & Aiden Elias Moncavage and great granddaughters, Jacie Layne Hunter & Zoey Eira Hunter. A self-employed architect, he attended Notre Dame University and Taliesin, Frank Lloyd Wright’s School of Architecture. An avid golfer & member of Duquesne Golf Club since the age of 12, he carried a plus 1 handicap for many years and held the Club Championship numerous times. In the early 1970’s, he designed the initial clubhouse and facilities. As per his wishes, there will be no viewing. A future memorial will be held in County Clare, Ireland for the immediate family.
