Steven J. Seeman age 90, of Duquesne, on July 11, 2020, at UPMC McKeesport. Born in Braddock on February 12, 1930, he was the son of the late John & Agnes (O’Masta) Seeman. He served in the Army as a firefighter during World War II, worked as a welder in the fabrication industry, was a member of St. Elias Byzantine Catholic Church and enjoyed gardening and making violins. He was the husband of the late Shirley (Shigo) Seeman; father of Curtis (Sharon) Seeman of Duquesne, Christopher Seeman of Duquesne, Craig (Deborah) Seeman of Belle Vernon and Monica Shultz of Duquesne; grandfather of Brittney Shultz, Jonathan Shultz, Dayna Seeman and Jenna Seeman; brother of John “Red” Seeman Jr., late Richard Seeman, late Paul Seeman, late Beverley Bickus, late Lawrence “Larry” Seeman and late Kenneth Seeman. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 15, from 2-6 P.M. at the MALOY-SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 915 KENEDY AVE., DUQUESNE, 15110 where a blessing service will be held on Thursday, July 16 at 11 A.M., with his nephew, the Rev. Robert Seeman, officiating. Interment, with Military Honors, will follow in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
