Susan M. Ezykowsky

Susan M. Ezykowsky, age 42, of West Mifflin, passed away on December 8, 2021, at UPMC Presbyterian. Born in Pittsburgh on February 14, 1979, she was the daughter of Michael Opat of Verona and the late Barbara (Spudic) Opat. Susan was an Authorization Specialist for UPMC, a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Parish-St. Therese Church, loved bowling, being a mom, and was starting to learn the game of golf. She is the wife of 14 years to Jeffrey A. Ezykowsky Sr.; mother of Jeffrey A. Ezykowsky Jr, age 5.; sister of Nicole (Michael) Zalac of Harrison City; aunt and godmother of Brooks Zalac; niece of John Spudic of North Huntingdon and Walter (Valerie) Spudic of Pine Richland; daughter-in-law of Joseph and Marie Ezykowsky of West Mifflin; sister-in-law of Patti (Robb) Monahan of Munhall and Brian (Edie) Ezykowsky of West Mifflin; and aunt to Kaitlin, Elizabeth & Ryan Monahan and Nathan and Meghan Ezykowsky; goddaughter  of John and Josephine Baic; niece of Ivan and Andrea Opat and Dragutin and Dragica Krcelic. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 12, 2021, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the MALOY-SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 915 KENNEDY AVE., DUQUESNE, 15110, 412-466-3300, WILLIAM B. SCHLEIFER, SUPERVISOR, WILLIAM BRIAN SCHLEIFER, FUNERAL DIRECTOR, where a blessing will take place on Monday, December 13, 2021, at 12:30 p.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 p.m., at St. Joseph Church, Duquesne with Rev. Tony Gargotta officiating. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Mifflin.
