Patricia D. "Pat" Flaherty

Patricia D. "Pat" Flaherty age 77, of Point Pleasant, North Versailles formerly of Duquesne and White Oak. On December 5, 2016. She was the daughter of the late John and Helen T. (Dempsey) Flaherty. She was a retired bank manager for Equibank and National City Bank in Penn Hills. After retirement her ministry was a caregiver to her family. She was the epitome of graciousness, goodness and kindness. She was proud of her Irish heritage. She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters. Mary Ellen, (late Andrew "Tim") Miklos, Rita, Nedzbala, John C. Flaherty and Joseph Flaherty; aunt of Chris (Mike) Drecnik of White Oak and Timothy Miklos of North Versailles; great-aunt of Jeffrey (Heather) Drecnik of Upper St. Clair, Joshua (Leanne Harkins) Drecnik of Pittsburgh, Janelle (Major Ben) Filippini of Leonardstown, MD; great- great-aunt of Alexa, Andrew, Betsy and Kiera Drecnik, Molly and Jack Filippini. Visitation Saturday from 6-8 p.m. and Sunday from 12-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the MALOY- SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, 915 Kennedy Ave., Duquesne 412-466-3300. Mass of Chrisitan Burial on Monday at 10 a.m. at Holy Name Church of Christ the Light of the World Parish, Duquesne. Memorial contributions may be made to the church, 32 S. First St., Duquesne, PA 15110. In honor of her proud Irish heritage please wear green to her funeral.
